REMAK-ENERGOMONTAŻ S.A. has extensive experience in implementing projects not only in Poland but also abroad. Thanks to our professional employees, the company can perform virtually any task for the industry, especially in the power engineering and heating sector, but also within the chemical, petrochemical, refinery and coke industries.

The company successfully modernizes and erects all kinds of boilers, starting from small- and medium-sized boilers up to the biggest supercritical boilers in the world, incl.:

Over the last 6 decades, the company has been and is present in the largest investment implementations for the broadly-understood industry in Western and Central Europe, Scandinavia. The company also carried out projects in Israel.

ABROAD PROJECTS 
DATTELN IV

One of the biggest investments carried out in recent years by REMAK-ENERGOMONTAŻ S.A. in Germany is the DATTELN IV PROJECT.

REMAK-ENERGOMONTAŻ S.A. replaced a coal boiler with supercritical parameters on the new power generating unit with a capacity of 1.100 MWe in Datteln IV Power Plant. The works were performed for Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems and UNIPER as the end customer. 

The scope of works included the disassembly of the boiler (7 CrMo) and the erection of a new one with membrane walls made of 13 CrMo. The project was implemented in 2018-2019. Datteln IV is the last coal-based supercritical power generation unit built in Germany.

The Datteln contract was completed 3 months prior to the scheduled date confirming professionalism and engagement of REMAK-ENERGOMONTAŻ S.A. 
 

ABROAD PROJECTS 
VW WOLFSBURG 

The next important task realised by the company REMAK-ENERGOMONTAŻ S.A. in Germany was the project „VW Wolfsburg”.

The company performed in 2021 and 2022 the erection of piping with weight over 900 t on a new constructed Steam-Gas Unit with power of 288 MWel in production plants of Volkswagen in Wolfsburg for order of Mitsubishi Power Europe.
